Services for Hilery “Booster” Wilkinson of Meadville are 1 p.m.Monday, Aug. 30, at Oak Grove Community Church in Meadville withburial in the old Oak Grove Community Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at MarshallFuneral Home in Bude.

Mr. Wilkinson, 82, died Aug. 23, 2004, at Southwest MississippiRegional Center. He was born April 22, 1922, to William Wilkinsonand Anna Rodgers Wilkinson.

Preceding him in death were his parents; two sisters, MatildaWilkinson Cobb and Sallie Wilkinson Jackson; eight brothers, Jerry,Moyse, Mathew, Tyme, Guy, Ernest, Mason and Hilton Wilkinson; fivenephews, Moyse Cutris, George, Wilbert, Guycell and Otis D.Wilkinson.

Survivors are his nieces and their husbands, Annie and LeonWhite, Audrey and Eugene McGhee, Lucille and Charles Dillion,Maeola and Kenneth Bates, all of Meadville, Wilena Stanford ofLaramie Wyo., Orelia and Luther Odell, of Chicago, Ill., GloriaHuff of Antioch, Calf., Pearline and Samuel Watkins, and Joyce andRoy Rice, both of Natchez; her three nephews and their wives,Richard and Geraldine Wilkinson, LaPlace, La., Edward and SylviaWilkinson, of South Holland, Ill., and Billy Wilkinson of BatonRouge, La; and his sister-in-law, Lola Mae Wilkinson ofMeadville.
