DEXTER — It took three innings for the Bogue Chitto LadyBobcats to put away the Dexter Lady Bulldogs 15-0 in division girlsslowpitch softball play Thursday.

“We hit the ball well,” said Bogue Chitto girls coach ScottLeggett. “I’m proud of our play and effort.”

Chelsey Miller led Bogue Chitto (11-3, 3-1) with aninside-the-park home run, a double and a single. Candace Braxtonalso hit an inside-the-park homer and a single. Two singles weredrilled by Candace Avants. Doubling and singling was Dori Hall.Haley Roberts, Jesie Miller, Kayla Smith, Brynna Wallace and KelliHoward singled.

Bogue Chitto hosts Enterprise Monday night in a division match.The junior varsity game begins at 5 p.m. followed by the varsity at6.
