Vera ‘Grace’ Lea Chapman

Services for Vera “Grace” Lea Chapman of McComb are 10:30 a.m.Tuesday, Oct. 26 at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial inDamascus Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9-10:30 a.m.at the funeral home.

Mrs. Chapman, 86, died Oct. 23, 2004, at Franklin CountyMemorial Hospital. She was born in Lincoln County on Nov. 3, 1917,to Joe Lea and Mollie Kimble Lea.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Salem BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Rayford D.Chapman; two brothers; eight sisters; and one great-grandchild.

Survivors are her daughters, Nancy Howell and her husband,Jerry, of McCall Creek, and Nelda Steele, and her husband, Allen,of McComb; her sons, Jerry Chapman and his wife, Wanda, of McComb,and Charles Chapman and his wife, Lynne, of Lucien; her brotherLuke Lea of Baytown, Texas; seven grandchildren; and fivegreat-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Thompson, Mark Fortenbery, JeremyHowell, Rusty Lea, Jim Magee, Bill Sandifer and Adam Steele.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Conerly, Eddie Holmes, JoeyTaylor and Billy Chapman.

Lee A. Daniels

Services for Lee A. Daniels of Grenada, formerly of Brookhaven,are 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26 at R.E. Tyler Funeral Home Chapel withburial in New Hope M.B. Church.

Visitation is Tuesday from noon until 1 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Daniels, 63, died Oct. 21, 2004, at Grenada Medical Center.He was born in Brookhaven on April 28, 1941, to Dave Daniels andEula T. Coleman Daniels.

He was a cook with Kentucky State Hospital in Hopkinsville,Ky.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, DorothyDaniels.

Survivors are his wife, Sandra Biami of Milwaukee, Wisc.; hisdaughter, Simone Smith of Milwaukee; and his son Laner Daniels ofJackson; and one grandchild.

Bernard August Gemelli

Services for Bernard August Gemelli of Wesson were 2 p.m.Sunday, Oct. 24 at Sardis Baptist Church with burial in SardisCemetery. Community Funeral Services were in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Gemelli, 67, died Oct. 22, 2004, at his residence. He wasborn in Houma, La., on Aug. 1, 1937, to Frank Gemelli and DoliaKoamer.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Barry Gemelli;and a granddaughter, Brandy Sanders.

Survivors are his wife, Merline Kramer Gemelli of Wesson; hisdaughters, Cindy Gemelli Hebert of Wesson, Phyllis GemelliMalbrough of Houma, Bernadette Gemelli Case of Wesson, and KarlaGemelli Sanders of Wesson; his sons, Bernard Gemelli Jr. of Ruston,La., and David Gemelli of Wesson; 21 grandchildren; and eightgreat-grandchilden.
