Services for Kirt “Rocky” Walls of Silver Creek are 2 p.m.Friday, Nov. 5 at Crooked Creek Baptist Church in Silver Creek withburial in Cliburn Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home inMonticello.

Mr. Walls, 74, died Nov. 2, 2004, at Lawrence County NursingCenter in Monticello. He was born in Alexandria, La., on May 29,1930, to Jesse Walls and Dora Roberts Walls.

He was a veteran of the Army and was a retired oil field worker.He was a member of Crooked Creek Baptist Church. He was a belovedhusband and a loving stepfather of four children and grandfather offive grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Walls of Silver Creek; hisdaughters, Beth Land Sisson of Meridian, and Shannon Taylor ofShubuta; his sons, Albert Green Jr. of Houston, Texas, and AllenGreeg of Shubuta; and five grandchildren.
