Kenneth Neil Mann
Services for Kenneth Neil Mann of Roxie are 11 a.m. Tuesday,Jan. 18 at Roxie Baptist Church with burial in Roxie Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Home andTuesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
Mr. Mann, 60, died Jan. 15, 2005, at Southwest Regional MedicalCenter in McComb. He was born in Newton on May 26, 1944, to Roy N.Mann and Orean Dance Mann.
He was retired from Amoco Production after 30 years of oilfieldwork. He was a veteran of the Army. He was a member of RoxieBaptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors are his wife, Betty Stephenson Mann of Roxie; hisdaughters, Amber Combs and her husband, Tommy, and Brandy Mann, allof Roxie; his son, Shane Mann and his wife, Felicia, of Natchez;his sister, Sylvia Coben of Evergreen, Ala.; his brother, LarryMann, of Newton; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces andnephews.
Walter F. White
Services for Walter F. White of Wesson were 11 a.m. today, Jan.17 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with burial in Beauregard Cemetery.Harrigill Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. White, 97, died Jan. 15, 2005, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Wesson on June 24, 1907, to Sidney ZechariahWhite Jr. and Mertie Causey White.
He was a retired self-employed farmer. He was a member of theBaptist faith and a former deacon.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Willie MaeLittle White; his two sisters, Lula W. Wallace and Mayme W. Storey;and one brother, Paul White.
Survivors are his sons, Boyce E. “Gene” White and his wife,Betty, of Brookhaven, and Floyd White and his wife, Bonna, of BatonRouge, La.; one grandchild, David White; and numerous nieces andnephews.
