Services for Daria Ann Berard, of Silver Creek, are 2 p.m.Thursday, March 3, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Monticello withburial in Cliburn Cemetery in Silver Creek.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Berard, 30, died Feb. 27, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn in Monticello on March 1, 1974.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Shalom BaptistChurch.

Survivors are her father, Kenneth Bullock Sr.; her mother andstepfather, Betty Barnett King and Shelton King; her husband,Daniel Berard, of Silver Creek; her stepdaughter, Lacey Berard, ofLafayette, La.; her son, Dillon James Berard, of Silver Creek; herstepsons, Lyle Berard, of Silver Creek and Logan Berard, ofLowerville, La.; her sister, Dana Dickerson, of New Hebron; and herbrother, Kenny Bullock, of New Hebron.

Lucille Shehea Bridges

Services for Lucille Shehea Bridges, of Wesson, were 10 a.m.Monday, Feb. 28 at Stringer Family Funeral Services Chapel inHazlehurst with burial in the Wesson Cemetery.

Mrs. Bridges, 87, died Feb. 25, 2005, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center.

She was a native of Crystal Springs and had lived in Wessonsince 1948. She was a beautician for over 50 years in Wesson. Mrs.Bridges was a member of Wesson Baptist Church.

Survivors are her son, Stephens F. Shehea, of Meridian; herdaughter, Marcia Shehea Teaster, of Wesson; her brother, Ocie”Buddy” Papisan Jr., of Summit; her sister, Kathleen McMillen, ofSt. John, Kan.; four grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

Ethel Modine Douglas Johnson

Services for Ethel Modine Douglas Johnson, of Sontag, were 11a.m. today, March 2 at Shiloh Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery. Community Funeral Services was in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Johnson, 90, died Feb. 27, 2005, at Lawrence CountyHospital. She was born in Lawrence County on Jan. 21, 1915, to JoeDouglas and Molly Honea Douglas.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Shiloh BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, LeonB. Johnson.

Survivors are her daughters, Ernestine LaFlore, of Metairie,La., and Stella M. Johnson, of Sontag; her sons, Robert P. Johnson,Mack M. Johnson, Franklin L. Johnson, Bliss T. Johnson, Joe T.Johnson, all of Sontag, Walter L. Johnson, of Erin, Tenn., andAlvin E. Johnson, of Sontag; three sisters-in-law; 32grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and 16great-great-grandchildren.
