Kayla Fisher wins 2006 Junior Miss program

SUMMIT – Kayla Kathleen Fisher was named the 2005-2006 JuniorMiss during the annual Junior Miss Scholarship Program heldSaturday at the Southwest Community College auditorium.
Three other finalists included Anna C. Moak, who was named firstalternate. Elizabeth Huff was second alternate, and third alternatewas Lauren Grady.
Fisher is the daughter of Rob and Nancy Fisher. She is a studentat Brookhaven High School.
Fisher is a varsity cheerleader at the school, where she is alsoa member of the National Honor Society. She is a mentor in the BigBrother/Big Sister program, and has been a dancer for Show Stoppersfor eight years.
She is an active member of First Baptist Church inBrookhaven.
Fisher was escorted in the program by Clay Allen, who is also astudent at the high school. Allen is the son of Bobby and GloriaAllen.
Fourteen girls competed in the program.
