Dear Editor,

It’s time to cut, correct and start over. It has to be donesometime, and now it the time. The whining legislators now are thesame ones that put us on a credit card program during the Musgroveadministration. They didn’t mind blaming him then, and they don’tmind blaming Barbour now. They are full of Pilates, washing theirhands and accepting very little responsibility.
