Services for Geneva McCoy, of McComb, are 11 a.m. Saturday, May28 at Damascus M.B. Church with burial in Carver HeightsCemetery.
Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. with family hourfrom 6-7 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.
Mrs. McCoy, 82, died May 20, 2005, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center. She was born in Lincoln County on Nov. 5,1922, to Will Hunter Sr. and Mary Kelly Hunter.
She retired from Ed’s Cleaners after more than 30 years ofemployment. She was a member of Damascus M.B. Church.
Preceding her in death were her son, Fredrick Wayne McCoy; hersister, Beatrice Coleman; her granddaughter, Tracy Galloway; andher husband, Willie McCoy.
Survivors are her sons, Paul McCoy, of Bronx, N.Y., and JohnnyMcCoy and Mark McCoy, both of Brookhaven; her daughters, GloriaHarness and Deborah Gooden, both of McComb; her brother, WillHunter Jr., of Trenton, N.J.; 22 grandchildren; 21great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
