Services for John Wesley McCoy, of Brookhaven, are 3 p.m., July12, at Harrell Funeral Home in Springfield, Mass., with burial inOak Grove Cemetery in Springfield, Mass. Williams Mortuary is incharge of local arrangements.

Mr. McCoy, 48, died July 5, 2005, at University of MississippiMedical Center. He was born on Aug. 20, 2004, to Willie McCoy Sr.and Geneva McCoy.

He was a veteran of the Army. He was a member of DamascusMissionary Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a daughter, TraceyGalloway; a brother, Fredrick Wayne McCoy; and a sister, Anna MarieMcCoy.

Survivors are his sons, Gregory Galloway, of St. Louis, Mo., andMichael Caldwell and Danny Caldwell, both of Springfield, Mass.;his daughters, Teresa Mitchell, Leonidies Nicholson, Sabrina McCoy,Lesley McCoy, and Johnea McCoy, all of Springfield, Mass.; hisbrothers, Mark McCoy and Paul McCoy, both of Brookhaven, and WillieMcCoy Jr., of Rockford, Mass.; and his sisters, Gloria Harness, andDeborah Gooden, both of McComb.
