Services for Myrtle M. “Mondra” Smith, of Brookhaven, are 11p.m. Friday, Aug. 26 at Zion Hill M.B. Church in Wesson with burialin in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m. at William Mortuary.

Mrs. Smith, 48, died Aug. 20, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn on Nov. 24, 1956, to Melvin Stewart Sr. and Ossie CorleyStewart.

She was disabled. She was a member of Zion Hill M.B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her father; and a daughter, MontinaSmith.

Survivors are her fiance, Woodrow Scott, of Brookhaven; hermother, Ossie Mae Stewart, of Brookhaven; her daughter, Muriel M.Stewart; her brothers, Melvin Stewart Jr. and his wife, Callie, ofJackson, Marvin Stewart, of Chicago, Mackie Stewart, of Brookhaven,and Malcolm Stewart and his wife, Barbara, of Brookhaven; hersisters, Minyon Coleman and her husband, Arthur, of Wesson, MyrtisB. Smith, of Brookhaven, Montina Tripplett and her husband, theRev. Danny Tripplett, of Magee; four grandchildren; and many aunts,uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
