Services for William Elvin “Butch” Wallace, of Brookhaven, were11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31 at Community Funeral Services withburial in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawrence County.

Mr. Wallace, 46, died Aug. 28, 2005, at Countrybrook LivingCenter. He was born on July 1, 1959.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Ona Mae and AlfredMcGuffie, Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Whittington and Mr. and Mrs. E.E.Wallace.

Survivors are his mother, Mary Agnes McGuffie; his stepfather,Don McGuffie; his brother, Scott Wallace, of Lafayette, La., RickyMcGuffie, of New Iberia, La; his two stepsisters, Sheri Johnson andDonna Johnson, both of Longview, Texas.
