Services for Lillie Vee Morgan, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Saturday, Sept. 3 at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial inEasthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Morgan, 89, died Aug. 30, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Jan. 27, 1916, to William Perry King andJosiephene Blackwell King.

She was a retired seamstress for Stahl Urban Company. She was amember of Easthaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband,Charlie L. Morgan.

Survivors are her son, Edward Morgan, of Chandler, Ariz.; herdaughters, Bobbie Morgan, of New Orleans, and Margie Chance, ofBrookhaven; her sisters, Alveta Francis and Lavelle Marbury, bothof Brookhaven; her grandchildren, Justin Chance and his wife,Jennie Beth, of Dallas, Jody Chance, of Brookhaven, Deanna Jonesand her husband, Andy, of Collins; her great-grandchildren, MorganLeigh Jones and Mary Taylor Jones, both of Collins.
