Services for Erlene Harrison Reid, of Monticello, were 11 a.m.Wednesday, Sept. 21 at Monticello Methodist Protestant Church inMonticello with burial in Bethshan Cemetery in Monticello.

Mrs. Reid, 85, died Sept. 18, 2005, at the Lawrence CountyNursing Home. She was born on Jan. 4, 1920, to Walter Hedgepeth andMaude King Hedgepeth.

She was a retired supervisor with New Hebron Garment Factory.She was a charter member of Monticello Methodist ProtestantChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, GeorgeHarrison and Ray Reid; three sisters; and one grandson.

Survivors are her sons, Don Harrison, of Seminary, DoyleHarrison, of Monticello and Wayne Harrison, of Topeka; her sisters,Loaree Robinson, of Pearl, Mary Jones, of Brandon, and AnnelleStephens, of Laurel; her brothers, the Rev. H.J. Hedgepeth, ofLucedale, and Curtis Hedgepeth, of Port Allen, La.; 13grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
