Services for Eloise Coker Jones, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Saturday, Nov. 3, at Heuck’s Retreat Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to10:30 a.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones, 62, died Nov. 30, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn in Brookhaven on Sept. 10, 1943, to Jim Coker and Joyce TravisCoker.

She was a homemaker and kindergarten and day care teacher. Shewas a member of Heuck’s Retreat Baptist Church where she taughtteam kids.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Glen Jones, of Brookhaven; her son,Stan Jones and his wife Dawn, of Jackson; her grandson, TrussellJones, of Jackson; her brother, Frank Coker and his wife, Karen, ofWesson; her sister, Shirley Coker Pace and her husband, John, ofBaton Rouge, La., and Virginia Coker Nesmith and her husband,Marvin, of Wesson; and a host of nieces, nephews and otherrelatives.
