Clifford Allen Berryhill
Services for Clifford Allen Berryhill, of Smithdale, are 11 a.m.Saturday, April 29, at Mt. Gilead Primitive Baptist Church inSmithdale with burial in the church cemetery. Hartman Funeral Homeis in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the church and on Saturdayfrom 9 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Mr. Berryhill, 52, died April 26, 2006, at his residence. He wasborn in McComb on June 6, 1953, to Robert Douglas Berryhill Sr. andBonnie Cowart Berryhill.
He was a loader operator with Byrd Lumber. He was a member of theMorgan Fork Coon Hunters Association and a longtime supporter ofFranklin County 4-H. He was a member of Mt. Gilead PrimitiveBaptist Church.
Preceding him in death was his father.
Survivors are his mother; his wife of 26 years, Sandra EvansBerryhill, of Smithdale; his sons, Clinton Lane Berryhill, CharlesCody Berryhill and David Lawrence Berryhill, all of Smithdale; hisdaughters, Brandy Lynn Hill, of Brandon, Sandra Lianne Berryhill,Lyndle “Lyndy” Susanne Berryhill, Patti Elisabeth “Betsy” Berryhilland Vana Kathryn Berryhill, all of Smithdale; his brothers, RobertD. “Bobby” Berryhill Jr., George F. “Bubba” Berryhill and WilliamK. “Keith” Berryhill, all of Smithdale; his grandsons, JulianAndrew Hill and Jordan Addison Hill; his mother-in-law, Edna J.Evans, of Brookhaven; and a special nephew Will Berryhill and wifeHeather M., of Smithdale.

Mrs. Jackson, 77, died April 21, 2006, at her residence. She wasborn on March 15, 1929, to Louis Brothern and Minnie RobinsonBrothern.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Center Street Church ofChrist.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Dave Jackson Jr.; herbrothers, Lawrence, George, Dempsey, R.A. and Jessie Brothern, andJessie and Robert King; and her sisters, L.B. Wilson and MaryNewman.
Survivors are her sons, Willie E. Berry, David E. Berry, Robert C.Berry and Royce A. Berry, all of Brookhaven; her daughters, AliceBowman, Beverly Edwards, Evelyn Washington, Mae H. Berry, Katie R.Berry and Glenda D. Kees, all of Brookhaven; her 25 grandchildrenand 23 great-grandchildren.

Services for Edward Lee Johnson, of West Memphis, Ark., are 2 p.m.Saturday, April 29, at Kynett-Pilgrim U.M. Church in Brookhavenwith burial in Carver Heights Cemetery in Brookhaven. R.E. TylerFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Friday from noon to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Johnson, 51, died April 20, 2006, at Methodist UniversityHospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was born on April 27, 1954, to EdwardLee King and Audrey Lee Johnson King.
He was in the real estate business with Coldwell Bankers HeritageHomes of West Memphis.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors are his sons, Titus LaShan Johnson, of Brookhaven; hisbrothers, Michael McNair, of Brookhaven, and Donald R. King, ofChicago, Ill.; his sisters, Ida V. King, of Chicago, Denise Pender,of Columbus, Ga., and Shannon Denise King, of Brookhaven; and hisgrandchild.

Ms. Markham, 80, died April 22, 2006, at her residence. She wasborn on Dec. 8, 1925, to Samuel David Markham Sr. and RosieMarkham.
She was retired. She was a member of Galilee AME Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, Samuel DavidMarkham Jr.; and her infant sister.
Survivors are her sister, Velma Lee Hunter and husband S.Q., ofBrookhaven; her aunt, Louada London, of Los Angeles, Calif.; hernieces, Robin Dianne Hunter, of Brookhaven, Ella Faye McCall, ofChicago, Ill., Patricia Markham, of Toledo, Ohio, and MaryMerchant, of Oakland, Calif.; her nephews, David Markham, ofIndianola, Samuel Markham Jr., of Toledo, and L.C.
