Donnie Hugh Hedgepeth

Services for Donnie Hugh Hedgepeth, of Bogue Chitto, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, May 16, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hedgepeth, 62, died May 14, 2006, at St. Dominic-JacksonMemorial Hospital. He was born on March 18, 1944, to ToxieHedgepeth and Zelma Lee Dunn Hedgepeth.

He was a truck driver/roughneck. He was a veteran of the Army,Vietnam era. He was a member of the Hog Chain Fire Department.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his brother, ToxieJerrell Hedgepeth.

Survivors are his wife, Nila Conley Hedgepeth; his sons, DonnieJason Hedgepeth and wife Karen, and William James Hedgepeth; hisstepson, Bruce Pierce; his daughters, Connie Douglas and husbandRonnie, Deborah Pierce and husband Barrett, Judy Ellzey and husbandEverett; his stepdaughter, Pamela Sellers; his brothers, JamesHedgepeth and Carl Hedgepeth; his sisters, Nellie Turner, DorothyBoyd, Ruth Nations and Geneva Nations; his 12 grandchildren and onegreat-grandchild; and a very special friend, Chico.
