Services for Edward Murray, of Bunkley community, were today,May 26, at Bunkley Baptist Church in Franklin County with burial inthe church cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Murray, 88, died May 24, 2006, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Franklin County on Dec.5, 1917, to James Monroe Murray and Lula McManus Murray.

He was retired from International Paper Company in Natchez. Hewas a member of Bunkley Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Claudia; histwo brothers; his four sisters and his grandson.

Survivors are his sons, Homer Lee Murray, of Meadville; hisdaughter, Margie Murray Cobb, of Melton, Fla.; his brother, FloydMurray, of Meadville; his four grandchildren; his ninegreat-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
