Services for Charles Anthony Hickingbottom, of Bude, are 1:30p.m. Saturday, June 10, at Bude United Methodist Church with burialin Old Sixteen Cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m., at the funeralhome, and on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of theservice.

Mr. Hickingbottom, 43, died June 6, 2006, at his residence. Hewas born in Franklin County on Oct. 6, 1962, to Joe LouisHickingbottom Sr., and Leslie Middleton Hickingbottom.

Preceding him in death were his father and his son, Alex CharlesHickingbottom.

Survivors are his mother, Leslie Hickingbottom; his daughter,Charlesette Hickingbottom; his sisters, Connie Hickingbottom, EdnaChampion, Shanna Jackson and Vondia Harris; his brothers, Joe LouisHickingbottom Jr., Larry Hickingbottom, Patrick Hickingbottom,Sedrick Middleton, Juan Middleton, Demechery Hickingbottom and JoeyHickingbottom; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews andother relatives and friends.
