Body found in trailer identified

A possible homicide victim discovered Saturday has beenidentified and two suspects are being questioned about the woman’sdeath, authorities said.
The body of Rhonda Michelle Mullen, 33, of Wesson, was foundSaturday morning in a mobile home on Booker Avenue in BladesTrailer Park just outside the city limits, said Sheriff WileyCalcote.
“We’re treating it as a homicide at this point,” he said. “Theway the body was found leads us to that speculation.”
Mullen’s body was found under a queen-sized bed in a small room,Calcote said. He estimated the body had been under the bed “acouple of hours” before it was reported to the sheriff’s departmentaround 7:15 a.m.
There were no visible signs of injury and a cause of death hasnot been determined. The body has been sent to Mississippi Mortuaryfor an autopsy.
“We’re waiting on the results of the autopsy to make adetermination on whether or not to rule this a homicide,” Calcotesaid.
Mullen was not an occupant of the trailer, which is owned byseveral people, the sheriff said.
Two suspects, whom the sheriff did not identify, are beingquestioned in connection with the discovery, he said.
One of the suspects was brought in Saturday evening on aprobation violation and remains in the county jail, Calcotesaid.
