Authorities request help in locating missing girl

Relatives and law enforcement officials are worried a Halloweenouting may have taken an evil turn for a young Brookhavenwoman.

Jordan Lee Martin, 22, of Mallalieu Drive, was reported missingSunday night by her father, Bruce Martin, said Lincoln CountySheriff’s Department Capt. Johnny Hall. Her mother is MaryAllen.

She was last seen on Halloween night driving her 1994 silverFord Escort to her sister’s house on Pricedale Road from herresidence. The car has no front bumper, Hall said. She was wearinga pink shirt with blue jeans, white and blue Nike tennis shoes anda black witch’s hat with spider webs on it.

“The hat was obviously for Halloween, so I doubt she’s wearingit now,” Hall said.

Martin is 5’4″ tall, weighs approximately 100 lbs., and has longbrown hair and blue eyes, he said.

She is a graduate of Brookhaven High School. She is presentlyunemployed, Hall said.
