Services for John C. Kelly, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Saturday,Nov. 11 at Mt. Zion M.B. Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at WilliamsMortuary.

Mr. Kelly, 75, died Nov. 3, 2006, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on Aug. 14, 1931, to PearlieKelly and Arnetta Kelly.

He was retired. He was a member of Mt. Zion M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Thelma McCallWashington Kelly; his daughter, Sally Ann Kelly; his son, J.C.Kelly; his brother, R.W. Kelly; his sisters, Mattie Mae Lamar,Virgie Mae Myers and Emma D. Leggett; and his niece, Mary AliceConnley.

Survivors are his two sons, Arthur Lee Kelly and Ronnie LeeKelly, both of Brookhaven; his brother, Louis Kelly, of Brookhaven;his sister, Rosie Thadison, of Brookhaven; and his stepson, IraWashington, of Brookhaven; six grandchildren; twostepgrandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relativesand friends.
