Two receive minor injuries in auto crash

Two young men received only minor injuries in a head-oncollision Wednesday on Jackson-Liberty Drive, said Lincoln CountySheriff Steve Rushing.

Rushing said today he did not have a complete accident report,but could confirm that Mark J. Case, 20, of Watts Lane, Brookhaven,and a 16-year-old male collided on the street that leads to WestLincoln Attendance Center around 11:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Neither man was seriously injured in the crash, although bothwere transported to King’s Daughters Medical Center aftercomplaining of pains, he said. The juvenile was transported byambulance while family members carried Case to the hospital intheir vehicle.
