Services for Johnny B. “Click” Lyons, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Saturday, Jan. 27, at Crump Chapel U.M. Church in Brookhaven withburial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge ofarrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 1 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home,with family hour from 7 until 8 p.m.
Mr. Lyons, 52, died, Jan. 21, 2007, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on April 4, 1954, to Willie”Dank” Lyons and Clonie Mae Lyons.
He was an employee with King’s Daughters Medical Center with 31years of service. He was a member of Crump Chapel U.M. Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his brother, LewisLyons; and his grandparents.
Survivors are his wife, Rosemary Stovall Lyons, of Brookhaven;his son, Timmy Butler, of Compton, Calif.; his daughters, ShemikaDixon and Lisa Jenkins, both of Brookhaven; his stepson, James M.Jones, of Brookhaven; his stepdaughters, Antionette Jones Smith andhusband Chuck, of Brookhaven, and Gwendolyn Jones and husbandTiger, of Flint, Mich.; his brothers, George Lyons, of Brookhaven,Rosevelt Lyons, of Portland, Ore., and Willie B. Lyons, ofJacksonville, Fla.; his sisters, Donnis P. Lyons, Flora Mae Lyonsand Mary Washington, all of Brookhaven, and Betty Jean Revdal, ofBrooklyn, N.Y.; his six grandchildren, 10 stepgrandchildren, onegreat-stepgrandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relativesand friends.
