Services for Mary Ruth Noble, of Fayette, are 11 a.m. Saturday,March 10, at Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette with burial in FayetteCemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of localarrangements.

Mrs. Noble, 80, died March 6, 2007, at in Wesson. She was bornon Feb. 20, 1927, to Leon Estess Rhodes and Ruth Boykin Rhodes.

She was a member of Fayette Presbyterian Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her daughter, NancyNobles Flowers; and her sister, Martha Jane Rhodes Day.

Survivors are her husband, Maxwell Davis Noble Sr., of Fayette;her sons, Maxwell Davis Noble Jr. and wife Sharon, of Houston,Texas, and Felix “Ronnie” Noble and wife Martha, of McCall Creek;her daughter, Mary Davis Noble Byrd and husband Bruce, of Wesson;her brothers, Leon Buddy Rhodes and wife Barbara, James MaxwellRhodes and wife Mel, and Richard Levi Rhodes and wife B.J.; hersister, Patricia Ann Rhodes Peavey; her 11 grandchildren, 15great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
