Services for Michael Wayne Nations, of Jayess, are 2 p.m.Sunday, April 8, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial inProvidence Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 9 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the funeral home.

Mr. Nations, 43, died April 6, 2007, at his residence. He wasborn in Monticello on Aug. 1, 1963, to Harold Nations and AnnetteKindem.

He was a truck driver for Mark Buchanan’s Trucking. He was amember of the Foundation Ministries Church and of the Baptistfaith. He was also a member of the Mississippi Abate Chapter, theDixie Rollers, and the drummer of the Triple X band.

Preceding him in death were his father; his grandmother, NettaNations and her husband; and his Davis grandparents.

Survivors are his mother; his wife, Jacqueline Rebecca (Becky)Day Nations, of Jayess; his son, John Michael Nations, of Jayess;his daughters, Cassey Marie Nations, of Morgan City, La., andShelby Nicole Nations, of Jayess; his brother, Danny HaroldNations, and his sister, Margaret Nations Doucet, both of MorganCity; and many great friends and family members.
