Curtis ‘Buddy’ Leonard

Services for Curtis “Buddy” Leonard, of Starvation Hill, Wesson,were 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapelwith burial in Little Bahalia Cemetery in Wesson.

Mr. Leonard, 77, died April 19, 2007, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in Wesson onApril 14, 1930, to Luther Leonard and Lena Davis Leonard.

He was retired and had been a dairy farmer for 41 years. He wasa member of Little Bahalia Church, a Mason and a Shriner. He was aUnited States Army veteran of the Korean War.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brother, JimmyLeonard.

Survivors are his wife, Myrtice Hamilton Leonard, of Wesson; hisdaughters, June Owens and husband Barry, and Marilyn Barker andhusband Jimmy, all of Wesson; and his grandchildren, Lee Owens andwife Ashley, Matt Owens, Katie Barker and Rebecca Barker, all ofWesson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ShrinersHospitals for Children.
