Services for Alex “Molly” Sanders III, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Saturday, April 28, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial inHillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Sanders, 38, died April 20, 2007, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center. He was born on Dec. 23, 1968, to AlexSanders Jr. and Epsie Sanders, of Brookhaven.

He was a 1987 graduate of Brookhaven High School. He wasdisabled.

Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Alex”Tango” Sanders and Sallie Mae Davis Sanders; his maternalgrandfather, Pricedee Portis; his stepgrandfather, James Gatlin;his brother, Eddie Lee Sanders; his sisters, Ann Portis and AnnieBee Portis.

Survivors are his parents; his brothers, Anthony Portis andJerry Sanders, both of Brookhaven; his sisters, Arie MarieBrumfield and husband James, and Shirley Marie Scarbough andhusband Roger, all of Brookhaven, and Evelyn Debs Gordon andhusband Carl, of Wesson; his adopted sisters, Angeline Wilson andGerlean White, both of Brookhaven; his grandmother, Annie MaryGatlin, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and his adopted grandfather, PhillipArter, of Brooklyn.
