Services for Belinda Huffman Jackson, of Grenada, are 1 p.m.Saturday, May 5, at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home Chapel inGreenwood with burial in Long View Cemetery in Carrollton.
Visitation is Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mrs. Jackson, 36, died April 30, 2007, at her residence. She wasborn on Sept. 27, 1970, to Wilbert Jr. and Ruby Ashmore Huffman, ofWalker, La.
She was a child support enforcement officer. She was a 1988graduate of Walker High School. She earned a Bachelor of Sciencedegree in Criminal Justice at Mississippi College in 1991 and aMaster of Science degree in Criminal Justice at NortheasternLouisiana University in 1992. She was a member of Istrouma BaptistChurch in Baton Rouge, La. She worked with Support EnforcementAgency in Baton Rouge from 1992 until 1999. She was employed withVancleave Insurance Agency in Indianola from 2000 until 2004.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Wilbert R. HuffmanSr., Florence Huffman, James D. Ashmore and and Noliy TownsendAshmore.
Survivors are her parents; her husband, Ward N. Jackson Jr., ofGrenada; her sister, Alisa V. Parent, of Prairieville, La.; and hernephews, both of Prairieville.
Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or charity ofchoice.
