McNair’s 5 TDs doom West Lincoln

Mt. Olive’s Jason McNair rushed for five touchdowns and caught apass for a 6th Friday night to direct the undefeated Pirates in a52-0 Region 4-1A rout of the host West Lincoln Bears in footballaction.
McNair rushed the football 10 times for 125 yards and scored 5TDs for the Pirates.
Mt. Olive improved to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the region. WestLincoln fell to 0-3 in the division and 0-4 overall.
“Offensively, we dominated the line of scrimmage and moved theball on Mt. Olive,” said West Lincoln head coach Brooks Burns. “Wejust had too many penalties and turnovers that stubbed our toe. Andwe don’t have the depth in personnel to try to make a comeback.
“Mt. Olive’s Jason McNair really put a beating on us,” continuedBurns. “And when we had the ball, we beat ourselves. NathanielPruski played well at running back and handled the ball well.
