Services for Waddie Sevelle Fuller Boyd, of Brookhaven, andformerly of McComb, will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, atCatchings Funeral Home Chapel in McComb with burial in CalvaryBaptist Church Cemetery in Pricedale. The Revs. Ron West and MarkWorsham will officiate.

Mrs. Boyd, 92, died Oct. 28, 2007, at Countrybrook Living Centerin Brookhaven. She was born in Lawrence County on Sept. 5, 1915, toHenry Boscom Fuller and Emma Aby Thames Fuller.

She was a homemaker and a longtime resident of McComb. She liveda very long life, devoting herself to her husband of 70 years, andher children. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, SheltonBoyd; her sons, Eugene Boyd and Jerry Boyd; her daughter, MaryKatherine Boyd Alexander; her daughter-in-law, Sue Thomas Boyd; herbrothers, Hezzie Fuller, Henry Fuller, Cephus Fuller and BuellLambert; and her sister, Nettie Fuller Weems.

Survivors are her sons, Billy Boyd and wife Melissa, of BogueChitto, Bobby Boyd and wife Judy, of Summit, and John Henry Boydand wife Virginia, of Milan, Tenn.; her daughter-in-law, PaulaBoyd, of McComb; and her son-in-law, Daniel Alexander, of Hammond,La.; her 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren andother family members.

Pallbearers are Marty Alexander, David Dodd, Justin Oliver, MarkAlexander, Jason Kirkland, Jerome Kirkland, Darrell Boyd, RickyWelch and Brad Crosby.
