Services for Sandra Lee Griffin Davis, of Chicago, Ill., are 3p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, at Zion Mt. Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of the serviceat the funeral home.

Ms. Davis, 64, died Jan. 1, 2008, at Washington Height NursingHome in Chicago. She was born in Adams County on Nov. 6, 1943, toSandy and Elizabeth Smith Griffin.

She was employed by Bethel New Life Inc. for over 17 years. Shewas a member of Local No. 880 Service Employee’s InternationalUnion.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her grandparents; twoaunts; and four uncles.

Survivors are her sons, James Kennady Griffin and wife Tammy,and Melvin Griffin and wife Lolitha; six sisters; two brothers;seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
