Services for George Warren Cannon, 76, of Decatur, Ala., andformerly of Brookhaven, were Sunday, Jan. 20, at 2 p.m. at St.John’s Episcopal Church.

Mr. Cannon, who died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, at DecaturGeneral Hospital, was born April 15, 1931, in Brookhaven, toFrederick and Lenora Cannon. He was a member of St. John’sEpiscopal Church.

Survivors are his wife, Janet Ball Cannon; his daughters, LauraCannon Barron, of California, and Jean Cannon Windham, of Memphis;his stepdaughter, Kelly Johnson Hayes, of Decatur; and his fivegrandchildren.
