Services for Thomas “Tom” White, of Monticello, were 2 p.m.Sunday, Feb. 10, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Sontag with burial inthe church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in chargeof arrangements.

Mr. White, 68, died Feb. 8, 2008, at Lawrence County Hospital.He was born on Dec. 22, 1939, to William Richard White and WinnieKeene White.

He was a retired medical technologist for Lawrence CountyHospital. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, CharlesWhite Sr. and Richard “Bud” White; and his sister, Martha NellKeenan.

Survivors are his twin brother, John White, of Monticello; hissister-in-law, Christine White, of Monticello; and various nieces,nephews, and other family members, including Tina Burleson andfamily, of Jayess, Vicki Maldonado and family, of Destin, Fla.,Bob, John, Mark, Bill and Trisha Keenan and family, of Boise,Idaho, Wanda Caudill and family, of Monticello, Richard White andfamily, of Monticello, Martha Hall and family, of Monticello, PeggyLambert and family, of Monticello, Teresa Smith and family, ofMonticello, and Charles White and family, of Monticello.
