SUMMIT — The Brookhaven golf team took third place in Monday’s4-team match at Quail Hollow. Franklin County won first place witha 166, North Pike took second with a 170, Brookhaven was third witha 183 and McComb finished fourth with a 200.

Match medalist was Jacob Conerly of North Pike with a 39.

For the Panthers, James M. Patti led the way with a 43, followedby Warren Ashmore with a 44, Phillip Hamilton with a 46, JakeErrington with a 50 and Payne McGowen with a 53.
