Travis Jamaal Henderson

Services for Travis Jamaal Henderson, of Wesson, will be held at1 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at St. James Missionary Baptist Churchin Brookhaven with burial in Old St. John Cemetery in Wesson. R.E.Tyler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from noon until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome, with family hour from 5 until 6 p.m. Friends are invited tocome by the funeral home during visitation hours to sign theregister book, as well as a journal for Austin, his son.

Mr. Henderson, 27, was born in Lincoln County on Aug. 18, 1980,to Alfred E. Henderson Sr. and Dot Henderson Catchings.

He attended Loyd Star Attendance Center. He was a formeremployee of Piggly Wiggly and Sanderson Farms in Hazlehurst, andWal-Mart Supercenter in Brookhaven. He was a member of EbenezerA.M.E. Church.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Mary and JamesButler, Glover Boarden and Sylvester Henderson Sr.

Survivors are his father, Alfred E. Henderson Sr., of Loyd Star;his mother and stepfather, Dot Henderson Catchings and FredCatchings, of Wesson; his son, Austin Henderson (Tiffany), ofBrookhaven; his brothers, Chase Catchings, Alfred Henderson Jr.,Brian Brothern and Jeff Paxton, all of Wesson, and Alvin Bass, ofJackson; his sisters, Jocelyn Jackson and Nasika Catchings, ofBrookhaven, and Brittney Henderson, of Wesson; and hisgrandparents, Beatrice Henderson, of Loyd Star, and MollieCatchings, of Brookhaven.

Billy Earl Middleton

Services for Billy Earl Middleton, of Hazlehurst, will be heldat 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, at First Baptist Church inHazlehurst with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Hazlehurst. StringerFamily Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Middleton, 53, died March 29, 2008, as the result of anautomobile accident on Highway 51 near Martinsville.

He was a native and lifelong resident of Copiah County. He was adriver for Wal-Mart for over 20 years and he was an auto mechanic.He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors are his son, William Marcus Middleton, of Hazlehurst;his daughter, Honor Middleton, of Hazlehurst; his stepmother,Elizabeth Middleton, of Hazlehurst; his brothers, Danny WayneMiddleton and Dennis Middleton, of Hazlehurst, Carroll DeanMiddleton, of Duncan, Dale Heard, of Wesson, Charles Heard, ofBiloxi, and Fred Heard, of Vicksburg; and numerous nieces andnephews.
