BHS boys fall in 4A semifinals

RIDGELAND — The Brookhaven tennis team bowed out of the Class4A State Tennis Tournament semifinals Wednesday, losing in No. 1and No. 2 boys doubles.
In No. 1 boys doubles, Brookhaven’s Reilly Miller and BryantKintner were eliminated by Laurel’s Purdum and Asmar 6-2, 6-2.
In No. 2 boys doubles, Brookhaven’s Scott Warnock and MatthewHart lost a tough 3-set match to Cleveland’s duo of Dean and Varner7-6, 4-6, 7-6.
