Graveside services for Noah Michael Guess, of Brookhaven, were 11a.m. Monday, July 14, at Easthaven Cemetery. Brookhaven FuneralHome was in charge of arrangements.
The infant died July 11, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center.He was born in Brookhaven on July 11, 2008, to William Anthony Pelland Lisa Michelle Guess.
Survivors are his parents; his brothers, Joshua Lee Holifield andDamien Wayne Pell, both of Brookhaven; his sisters, Amanda MichelleWilliams, of Kosciusko, and Christian Michelle Guess, ofBrookhaven; his grandmothers, Pamela Pierce and Jean Williams, bothof Brookhaven; his grandfather, Johnny Guess, of Kosciusko; hisgreat-grandmother, Nila Hedgepeth, of Brookhaven; hisgreat-grandfather, Ansel Pierce, of Florence; and his uncleJohnathon Guess, of Brookhaven.
Lois Elaine Halford
Services for Lois Elaine Halford, of Meadville, are 2 p.m. Monday,July 14, at Ramaha Baptist Church with burial in Midway Cemetery.Community Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Monday from noon until 2 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Halford, 65, died July 11, 2008, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born in McCall Creekon Dec. 9, 1942, to Lewis Rushing and Lois Jones Rushing.
She was a high school graduate. She was a member of Ramaha BaptistChurch.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Billy RayHalford and a sister, Evonne.
Survivors are a daughter, Sharon Wooters, of McCall Creek; hersisters, Hazel Price, of McCall Creek, Irene Rushing, of Illinois,Helen Rushing, of Pearl, and Annette Calcote, of Illinois; and agrandchild.
