Services for J.D. Sullivan, of Bogue Chitto, are 10 a.m.Thursday, Nov. 6, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Sullivan, 84, died Nov. 4, 2008, at Silver Cross Home inBrookhaven. He was born on Sept. 9, 1924, to Searcy Sullivan andThelma Butler Sullivan.

He was an oil field manager. He was a member of Mt. MoriahBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Joyce Sullivan; a son, David W. Sullivanand wife, Michelle, of Brookhaven; a sister, Irene Hart, ofBrookhaven; and his two grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Sullivan andRachel Mae Sullivan.
