Services for Maybell Richardson, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Sunday, Dec. 14, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel on North JacksonStreet with burial in Easthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Richardson, 97, died Dec. 11, 2008, in Brookhaven. She wasborn in Winnsboro, La. on July 27, 1911, to Dan Sullivan and LizzieRichardson Sullivan.

She was a housewife. She was a member of Brookway Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JohnnyRichardson Sr.; her son, Danny Richardson; and her daughter, JoanIdom.

Survivors are her son, John Richardson and wife, Willie Del, ofBrookhaven; her daughters, Lucille Farris and husband, James, andMary Ann Barker and husband, James, all of Brookhaven; 11grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and fourgreat-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are her grandsons, Johnny Farris, Jamie Farris,David Richardson, Jeff Richardson, Jimmy Barker and RichardBarker.
