Services for Mae Eunice Richardson, of Jackson and formerly ofBrookhaven, are 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at Greenwood M.B. Churchin Bogue Chitto with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at WilliamsMortuary.

Mrs. Richardson, 76, died Jan. 2, 2009, at Regency Hospital inJackson. She was born in Lincoln County on Oct. 14, 1932, to OscarRichardson and Leontine Quinn Richardson.

She attended and graduated from Lincoln County public schoolsand was also a Jackson State University graduate. Mrs. Richardsonretired after 32 years as a teacher with Franklin and LincolnCounty schools. She was a member of Greenwood M.B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are a son, George Kenneth Richardson, of Jackson; adaughter-in-law, Stephanie May Richardson, of Jackson; agranddaughter; a great-grandson; and many other relatives.
