Franklin ‘Frank’ Smith

Services for Franklin “Frank” Smith, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation is Monday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Smith, 79, died Jan. 11, 2009, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter in Brookhaven. He was born on Jan. 11, 1930, to Fred L.Smith Sr. and Lena Mae Boutwell Smith.

He retired from Keystone. He served in the U.S. Air Force duringthe Korean Conflict.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister, Annie RuthJones; his brothers, Fred L. Smith and Jack Smith.

Survivors are his wife, Linda Smith; a son, Terry Smith, ofBrookhaven; a daughter, Sandra Prather, of Brookhaven; a sister,Sue Reeves, of Brookhaven; his five grandchildren; and his sixgreat-grandchildren.
