Services for John Riley McCurley, of Hazlehurst, are 3:30 p.m.Monday, March 23, at Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurstwith burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Mr. McCurley, 87, died March 21, 2009, at Pine Crest Guest Homein Hazlehurst.

He was a native of Wilkinson County. He formerly lived inJefferson County and moved to Copiah County in 1960.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Mildred McCurley; and ason, John Riley McCurley III.

Survivors are his sons, Robert Lynn McCurley and Delton WayneMcCurley, all of Hazlehurst; his daughters, Billie Sue Mayes, ofWalker, La., and Barbara Ann Miller, of Soso; his 10 grandchildren;and his 25 great-grandchildren.
