Cathy Loraine White Edmonds Taylor

Services for Cathy Loraine White Edmonds Taylor, of Richton,will be held at a later date. Riverwood Family Funeral Service isin charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Taylor, 37, died May 30, 2009, at Forrest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg. She was born on Sept. 23, 1971, to Joe A. White andMelanie Fesgen.

She was a painter. She was a member of Tangipahoa Baptist Churchin Amite County. Mrs. Taylor loved her children dearly.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Ed Taylor; and asister, Lisa Claudell White.

Survivors are her father, Joe A. White and stepmother, Pug; hermother, Melanie Fesgen; her sons, Joseph Keith Edmonds and JoshuaO’Neal Edmonds, both of McComb; her daughters, Anah Faith Edmondsand Miranda Fay Edmonds, both of McComb; a sister, Lori ChristinePorter, of Louisiana; a half brother, Joe A. White II, ofLouisiana; a stepbrother, Randal Pinell, of Louisiana; a halfsister, Angela DeAnn Evans, of Louisiana; and a grandmother-in-law,Barbara Edmonds.

Paul N. Wilson

Paul N. Wilson, 83, passed away May 30 after a lengthy illness.Services were held June 1 at 11 a.m. at Wanilla Baptist Church withburial in the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Wilson was a lifelong resident of the Wanilla community anda member of Wanilla Baptist Church. He was a 100 percent U.S.military disabled veteran. He served in the U.S. Navy in World WarII, participating in the Okinawa invasion and the Hiroshimalanding, and in the Korean conflict. He was retired from GeorgiaPacific.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Wilson and FannieDuckworth Wilson; and a brother, Everett Lee Wilson.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jo Ann KeeneWilson; two sons, Paul Michael Wilson and wife, Susan SparksWilson, of Huntsville, Ala., and Felon Ray Wilson and wife, DonnaSpengler Wilson, of Knoxville, Tenn.; four grandchildren, KathrynWilson and Sparks Wilson, of Huntsville, and Emily Wilson andWilliam Wilson, of Nashville, Tenn. Survivors also include asister, Rachel Wilson Boyles and a brother, Bobby Joe Wilson, bothof Wanilla.

Pallbearers were Donald Wilson, Ronald Wilson, Sparks Wilson,William Wilson, Ryan Wilson and Brad Boyles.

Honorary pallbearers were the men’s Sunday school class atWanilla Baptist Church.
