Services for Hugh E. Clark, of Ruth, are 11 a.m. Saturday, June6, at Providence Baptist Church in Jayess with burial in the churchcemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Clark, 82, died June 3, 2009, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Lawrence Countyon May 1, 1927, to Ralph Clark and Nettie Roberts Clark.

He retired from International Paper Co. and was also a retiredpainter. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of ProvidenceBaptist Church in Jayess.

Preceding him in death were his parents; five brothers; and asister.

Survivors are his daughters, Becky Clark, Cathy Rutland andCindy Clark; a brother, James Clark; his sisters, Ondean Wilkes,Ruby Brister and Rhoda Boyd; her six children; and her 10great-grandchildren.
