Services for Alice K. Thompson, of Monticello, are 2 p.m.Wednesday, July 8, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Monticello withburial in Monticello Pentecostal Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Thompson, 85, died July 6, 2009, at Lawrence County NursingHome. She was born in Mississippi on June 30, 1924, to Sam King andAngie Williams.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of United Pentecostal.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her three husbands, LesFuller, Roy Moak and John E. Thompson; a son, Troy Moak; adaughter, Barbara Jean Moak; her six brothers, Shirley, Sam,Ernest, Mike, Joe and John King; and her five sisters, Addie MaeLambert, Katie Mae Beard, Ella Mae Thames, Florence Blackwell andSallie Sumrall.

Survivors are her sons, Thomas Buddy Fuller, of Crystal Springs,Roy Moak Jr. and wife, Shirley, of Bogue Chitto, James Carrol Moak,of Monticello, and Stevie Joe Moak, of Brookhaven; her daughters,Oline Fuller Mixon, of Pearl, Mary Alice Moak and husband, Bob, ofBogue Chitto, Frances Moak Boyd and husband, Garland, of Summit,Mildred Moak Hedgepeth, Sheila Moak Thompson, both of Monticello,Patsy Moak Adams and husband, Charlie, of Bogue Chitto, and BrendaMoak Griffin, of Monticello; a brother, Bob King, of Monticello;her 31 grandchildren; her 39 great-grandchildren; and her 11great-great-grandchildren.
