Mr. Kelly, 74, died July 3, 2009, in Greenville. He was born inBrookhaven on Jan. 12, 1935, to Versie and Addie Fairman Kelly.

Survivors are his wife, Willie B. Kelly, of Greenville; hissons, Ira B. Kelly, of Auburn, Ala., Rocky Kelly, Esses Kelly,David Kelly and Gregory Sutton, all of Springfield, Mass., DerrickSutton, of Asheville, N.C., and Joseph Sutton, of Greenville; hissisters, Virgie Mae Clark, of Brookhaven, and Geraldine Kelly, ofSpringfield; his brothers, Charles Kelly and Versie Kelly, both ofBrookhaven, and J.C. Kelly, of Springfield; 29 grandchildren; 17great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins andfriends.
