Services for Bobby W. “Pete” Beavers, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Friday, Oct. 23, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel on Natchez Drivewith burial in Cold Springs Church of Christ Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from 4 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Beavers, 56, died Oct. 20, 2009, at Hospice Ministries inRidgeland. He was born in Leland on Nov. 7, 1952, to Felix J.Beavers and Annie White Beavers.

He was a boilermaker with National Transit Lodge. He was ofBaptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother, MonroeBeavers; and a sister, Betty Gill.

Survivors are his wife, Connie Beavers, of Brookhaven; hisdaughters, Michelle Farling and husband, Zeke, and Carrie Brown andhusband, Jeremy, all of Brookhaven; his brothers, Thomas Beavers,of McComb, and Lonnie Ray Beavers, of Bogue Chitto; his sisters,Mary Johnson, of Le Moyen, La., Dorothy Martin, of Brookhaven,Joyce Ruby, of Jayess, Johnnie Boyles, of Monticello, and ElaineRichardson, of Bogue Chitto; his three grandchildren, AlenaFarling, Jamie Farling and Marley Brown; a grandson, “Baby BoyBrown,” who is on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews.
