Services for Earlene Allen, of Wesson, are 2 p.m. Friday, Nov.13, at Old St. John Baptist Church in Wesson with burial in RoseHill Church Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Thursday from 1 until 7 p.m. at Williams Mortuarywith family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mrs. Allen, 64, died Nov. 5, 2009, at Hospice Ministries inRidgeland. She was born in Bogue Chitto on June 19, 1945, to ClateSmith and Bertiel Williams Smith.

She was a member of Old St. John Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, ThomasMarvin Allen; and a daughter, Jo Ann Allen.

Survivors are a son, Thomas Earl Allen, of Wesson; herdaughters, Kathy Allen, of Wesson, Ruthie Mae Drummond, ofHazlehurst, Martha Jackson, of Wesson, and Precious Goodwin, ofBrookhaven; her brothers, Edward Smith, of Brookhaven, and O.C.Smith, of Wesson; her sisters, Gearline Allen, Aline Henderson,both of Brookhaven, Rose Adams, of Biloxi, Loretha Smith and DianeRichardson, both of Brookhaven; her 12 grandchildren; her 11great-grandchildren; and her many nieces, nephews and otherrelatives.
