Earlene Allen

Services for Earlene Allen, of Wesson, are 2 p.m. Friday, Nov.13, at Old St. John Baptist Church in Wesson with burial in RoseHill Church Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Thursday from 1 until 7 p.m. at Williams Mortuarywith family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mrs. Allen, 64, died Nov. 5, 2009, at Hospice Ministries inRidgeland. She was born in Bogue Chitto on June 19, 1945, to ClateSmith and Bertiel Williams Smith.

She was a member of Old St. John Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, ThomasMarvin Allen; and a daughter, Jo Ann Allen.

Survivors are a son, Thomas Earl Allen, of Wesson; herdaughters, Kathy Allen, of Wesson, Ruthie Mae Drummond, ofHazlehurst, Martha Jackson, of Wesson, and Precious Goodwin, ofBrookhaven; her brothers, Edward Smith, of Brookhaven, and O.C.Smith, of Wesson; her sisters, Gearline Allen, Aline Henderson,both of Brookhaven, Rose Adams, of Biloxi, Loretha Smith and DianeRichardson, both of Brookhaven; her 12 grandchildren; her 11great-grandchildren; and her many nieces, nephews and otherrelatives.

Bobbie Jean Wilkinson

Services for Bobbie Jean Wilkinson, of McComb, were 10 a.m.Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Temple Hill Church of Christ with burial inthe church cemetery in Franklin County. Franklin Funeral Home wasin charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Wilkinson, 78, died Nov. 9, 2009, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. She was born in Franklin Countyon May 30, 1931, to Cicero Nettles and Ethel McGehee Nettles.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Temple Hill Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and a sister, PaulineNorris.

Survivors are a son, Robert Wilkinson, of New Orleans, La.; herdaughters, Debra Sturdivant, of Gloster, Kendra Jo Wilkinson, ofBrookhaven, and Patsy Whittington, of Gloster; her sisters,Catherine Jordan, of Smithdale, Martha Young, of Summit, and MaxineCarraway, of Vidalia, La.; her seven grandchildren; and her 12great-grandchildren.
